Shipping Information and Shipping Costs

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two to three working days with the courier company SPEEDEX COURIER.

Shipping costs (shipping) are as follows:

• Free shipping and cash on delivery for orders within the Prefecture of Trikala worth over € 5.
• Free shipping and cash on delivery for purchases from € 32 and up. For purchases under € 32 (€ 31.99) the shipping and cash on delivery costs are set at € 3 plus VAT and € 2 plus VAT, respectively.

You can also pick up your order from the Pharmacy (or by phone). In this case, as is self-evident, there are no shipping and cash on delivery costs. Before going through the Pharmacy, please call us to make sure that your order is ready.

Shipping and Receipt Time of the Order

Orders placed by 11:00 are usually shipped the same day, provided that for all products their availability status is: "Immediate Availability (in stock)". You can see the availability status of each product on its description page. Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, you will be notified by email (if you have stated your email address) and SMS (if you have stated a mobile phone number) with the shipping code. Then you can follow the progress of your parcel on the website of the courier company with which the shipment was made. More specifically, you can enter the shipping code and follow the shipping process by clicking here. The product is usually picked up the next business day of shipment. In some islands and remote areas an additional working day may be required. Deliveries are not made on weekends by the courier company. The delivery time depends each time on the courier route and can not be known when sending the order. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in the comments of the order. From our side we will transfer it to the cooperating courier company, which takes into account these comments, but this is not necessary to be observed since this service is not charged. Note that the courier company is an external partner of the Pharmacy. We make every effort to deliver your parcel as soon as possible.
